What You Should Know When Choosing Healthy Bagels

When it comes to bagels, making the right choice can be challenging. There are thousands of bakeries and Bagel Shops in the U.S. that make bagels. One of the most import things to think about, when choosing bagels, is that they are both healthy and delicious.

The finest Bagels in the world are made in New York City. The NYC water is the key. That doesn’t mean that anyone in the city can make a great bagel. Traditional Bagels are boiled and then baked. There are many secret recipes
past down from generation to generation.

If you live outside the city or even if you’re a NYC resident. They’re a number of online sites where you can purchase bagels. Be careful - New York style bagels are not necessarily New York City Bagels and aren’t the real thing.  Another point of interest to investigate is whether or not the bagels are shipped fresh.This is a challenge for the bakery, to say the least. Bagels that are guaranteed, Kosher, (which helps to insure Quality) and preservative free are what to look for. The bottom line is Freshly Baked / Preservative Free / Kosher and Guaranteed, is the way to go.

As far as taste goes that’s, {“just a matter of taste”}
